General Laborer

General Laborers are responsible for supporting stone production operations including machine

feeding, material handling, and maintenance support.

Stone Processing

Employees will:

● Feed raw stone into veneer saw machines safely and efficiently

● Maintain consistent machine feed rates to support production targets

● Monitor material flow to prevent jams or equipment damage

Material Handling

Employees will:

● Sort stone materials by size, quality, and type

● Stack finished veneer products in designated storage areas

● Move materials safely using proper lifting techniques

● Maintain organized pallet stacking for shipping and storage

Equipment Maintenance

General Laborers are responsible for basic machine upkeep including:

Daily Tasks

● Check for abnormal noises or operation issues

● Clean debris and slurry buildup around equipment

Weekly Tasks

● Assist maintenance personnel with scheduled lubrication

● Inspect work areas for wear or hazards

● Report any mechanical issues immediately

Housekeeping

Employees must maintain a safe and clean work environment by:

● Removing debris from work areas

● Keeping aisles and walkways clear

● Organizing tools and materials properly

● Assisting with end-of-shift cleanup procedures
