Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team in Staunton, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction labor and be able to assist with a variety of tasks on job sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Prepare and clean job sites, including removing debris and a variety of materials under supervision.
• Operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on site.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
• Support team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction General Laborer preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
