General Laborer
Tampa, FL
Immediate Need
TempExperts is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Tampa, FL. This hands-on role involves supporting a range of production, maintenance, and warehouse activities. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the assembly of industrial machinery and equipment under technician guidance.
Perform basic surface preparation and paint or spray parts as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including sweeping and mopping.
Assist with outdoor maintenance, such as lawn care and general groundskeeping.
Help with inbound and outbound shipments:
Receive and check incoming deliveries.
Prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders.
Keep storage areas tidy and inventory properly arranged.
Operate material handling tools such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Move parts and materials to staging or production areas.
Adhere to all company safety guidelines and promptly report unsafe conditions.
Take on additional labor or production tasks as assigned.
Requirements/Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Comfortable with tools and general mechanical tasks.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet throughout the shift.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environments is a plus.
Forklift experience is a bonus; certification can be provided.
