General Laborer – Distribution Center

Position Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, flexible General Laborer to support operations at our distribution center. This hands-on role focuses on receiving inbound products, physically unloading containers, and assisting with general warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically unload inbound products and containers.
• Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory organization.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipment quantities, and repackage products as needed.
• Sort, clean, and prepare parts for quality inspections.
• Lift and move materials and operate basic equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support different departments as priorities change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Pay Range: $18 - $19 per hour depending on experience.
