Job Position: General Laborer Transformer Department (Travel Intensive)

Rate: $28-34/hr
Proficient/Fluent in Chinese/Mandarine Language.
Job Summary
We are seeking an active, enthusiastic, and dependable General Laborer to join our fast-paced Transformer Department. In this entry-level role, you will assist with the assembly, material handling, and preparation of electrical transformers. If you bring strong energy, a great work ethic, and a hands-on attitude, we will train you on the specific skills needed to build a rewarding technical career.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians and assemblers with moving transformer components, cores, coils, and heavy materials across the shop floor.
Perform manual labor tasks including stacking laminations, taping coils, prepping enclosures, and basic hand-tool operations.
Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, overhead cranes after training).
Clean and maintain a safe, organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
Follow detailed work orders and safety guidelines to maintain output quality and speed.
Qualifications & Requirements
High physical stamina and energy: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout a full shift.
Motivated, trainable mindset with a strong willingness to learn new technical skills.
Reliable punctuality and a strong team-player attitude.
High school diploma or GED preferred (prior manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus, but not required).
