In this role, you will support heavy equipment operations by assisting with the safe installation, removal, and relocation of matting systems on job sites. This position requires working outdoors in a physically demanding environment while following all company safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Assist heavy equipment operators with the installation, removal, and relocation of mats.
Perform ground labor under the direction of the Foreman.
Serve as a spotter during equipment loading and unloading.
Inspect, count, and verify equipment before shipment and upon return.
Document lost or damaged equipment on return paperwork.
Power wash mats, pins, trucks, and other equipment.
Return equipment to the appropriate yard location (maintenance, damaged, rent-ready, etc.).
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on yard equipment and tools.
Maintain a clean, organized yard, warehouse, and exterior work areas.
Complete required online safety training and follow all company safety procedures.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Yard Foreman, General Foreman, or Project/Operations Manager.
