Pay: $20/hour

Start: Immediate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Multiple Shifts

Potential Saturday shifts as needed

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer to support plant operations and facility maintenance. This position will work alongside the Safety & EHS Manager and report to the Acting Plant Manager/Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Spread gravel and assist with site preparation

Perform general cleanup throughout the facility

Shovel and move materials as needed

Assist with painting tasks

Support basic landscaping, including planting grass

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Dress Code & PPE:

Steel-toe boots required

Long pants and short-sleeve shirts required

Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety vest provided

Must be clean-shaven to wear a respirator and ensure a proper respirator seal

Must comply with all respiratory protection requirements

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor in an industrial/outdoor setting

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and shovel for extended periods

Drug screen required

Background check required (case-by-case basis; no violent, theft, or sexual offenses)
