Duties
  • Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  • Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and organizing work areas.
  • Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and moving materials.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Operate basic machinery or hand tools as required, adhering to safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages.
  • Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Support team members in completing daily operational tasks efficiently.

Experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or related manual labor roles is preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical knowledge relevant to machinery operation or maintenance.
  • Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently over extended periods.
  • Knowledge of PPE requirements and proper usage during various tasks.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse environmental conditions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis throughout the day.
