Lingo Staffing is Hiring – General Laborers | Kent, OH | Start ASAP!

General Laborers - Responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, including loading and unloading materials, packaging products, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to perform physical labor, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay & Schedule:
  • $14.00 per hour
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with assembly, inspection, and quality control processes
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
  • Support warehouse and production teams to meet daily production goals
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, if required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
