General Laborers - Responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, including loading and unloading materials, packaging products, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to perform physical labor, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.
Pay & Schedule:
$14.00 per hour
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with assembly, inspection, and quality control processes
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
Support warehouse and production teams to meet daily production goals
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required
Strong attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, if required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
