What You'll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately packaging aluminum extrusion products according to company and customer specifications.
  • Inspecting materials and finished products for quality and correctness before packaging.
  • Wrapping, boxing, and labeling items to ensure safe and secure shipment.
  • Loading and unloading materials, products, and supplies efficiently to support production flow.
  • Operating hand tools, power tools, and basic packaging equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assisting with warehouse organization and relocating materials as needed.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and supporting daily production targets to meet overall goals.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Steel-toe or metatarsal safety boots to ensure jobsite safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods without fatigue.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliable attendance with flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and a lifetime background check.
  • No prior experience required—manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus but not necessary.

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
