Position Details
Position: General Laborer (2 Openings)
Location: San Marcos, TX
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Day Shift (Hours to be confirmed)
Position Overview
The General Laborers will assist with general construction and site support activities. Candidates should be safety-conscious, dependable, and willing to perform a variety of labor tasks to help keep the project running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general labor and construction site duties
Load, unload, and move materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist skilled tradesmen and site supervisors
Follow all jobsite safety requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, etc.)
