This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting overall financial health of the organization.ResponsibilitiesReviews and enters invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and similar records of transactions in an automated financial/accounting system.Managing heavy reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records.Preparing financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.Qualifications3-5 years in a General Accounting role with heavy reconciliations.Demonstrated experience maintaining integrity of Balance SheetProficiency with General Ledger and Journal EntriesStrong ERP & Excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlookups, for data analysis and reporting.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
