    Job Title: General Ledger AnalystJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Los Angeles, CA - daily commute to 90025Job SummaryThe General Ledger (GL) Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across a portfolio of commercial real estate properties and entities. This role supports month-end close, reconciliations, lender reporting, and tax preparation while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.ResponsibilitiesPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet and sub-ledger reconciliations to supporting documentation, lender requirements, and external reports.Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate documentation and approvals to support accurate financial reporting and close processes.Assist with month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.Support lender reporting, financial covenant compliance, and audit requests.Assist with tax return preparation by compiling schedules and supporting reconciliations.Analyze account activity, resolve discrepancies, and research variances as needed.Support AP/AR, property accounting, and other finance functions as required.Contribute to process improvements and special projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.2+ years of accounting or general ledger experience (real estate or multi-entity environment preferred).Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.Proficiency in Excel; experience with MRI Software, or similar systems a plus.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
