Pay Range: $30 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• This position involves traveling approximately 50-60% of the time, with all business travel expenses covered by the company, including airfare, lodging, meals, and transportation.
• Expected travel: 1-2 trips per month
• Average trip duration: 6-9 days
• Travel frequency and duration may vary based on project phase and implementation schedules
• These positions support critical implementation and conversion projects. During active testing, implementation, and go-live phases, extended work hours may be required.
• Project-related work may include evenings, weekends, and late-night support activities.
• During implementation events, work may extend to midnight or later depending on project requirements.
• During non-travel and non-implementation periods, the schedule is generally a standard business day (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have skills: GL, Ledger, Symitar, Jack
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent accounting experience
• Previous experience working within a financial institution
• Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) operations
• Experience with GL research and balancing
• Journal entry preparation and posting experience
• GL account reconciliation experience
• Ability to support testing, implementation, and conversion activities
• Core banking conversion experience
• SilverLake
• Banking industry experience
• Experience with a banking platform, including one or more of the following:
• Silverlake (Preferred)
• CIF 20/20 (Secondary Preference)
• Core Director (Tertiary Preference)
• Symitar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred:
• Previous core conversion or bank merger experience
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and client readiness activities
