General Liability Associate Attorney (Hybrid in Boston, MA) (Full-Time)
Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts
Salary: $135K - $165K Salary

Must Haves:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts, including Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire
• 3 years of experience
• Experience with litigation involving complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and/or product liability preferred.

My Client in Boston, Massachusetts, is looking to hire aGeneral Liability Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients facing complex legal challenges.

The Associate will gain experience with and exposure to practice areas including complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and product liability

Responsibilities

• Manage matters at all stages of litigation
• Represent clients in a wide range of defense litigation
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on litigation matters
• Opportunities to handle court appearances and conduct depositions
• Communicate with clients, including providing regular reports, updating clients on the status of their cases, and providing recommendations regarding litigation and case resolution strategy

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts, including Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire
• 3 years of experience
• Experience with litigation involving complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and/or product liability preferred.
• Superior communication, writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Preparing discovery requests, objections and responses to discovery requests, and motions and briefings relating to discovery disputes.
• Handling court appearances and depositions a plus.
