The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a broad range of skills in various areas of law, such as Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law. You will play a critical role in providing legal advice and representation for our clients while working closely with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on a wide range of general liability matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload involving Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your field of specialty.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or similar role.
• Proven experience in Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex legal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
