This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, ideally within insurance defense, who wants sophisticated case exposure without sacrificing mentorship, accessibility to firm leadership, or long-term advancement opportunities.
The firm maintains a small-to-midsize, highly collaborative environment where shareholders remain actively involved in practicing law and are present in the office alongside associates. The firm's billable-hour expectation is approximately:
Attorneys who meet established performance requirements are eligible for quarterly bonuses.
In addition, hours billed above the required threshold are compensated, providing attorneys with the opportunity to increase their overall earnings based on performance and productivity.
Base Salary: $90,000–$160,000

The General Liability group operates with a structured mentorship model. Associates work closely with partners, with each partner generally overseeing two to three associate attorneys along with dedicated support staff.
