General Liability Attorney ( Hybrid schedule NYC/LI/WP ) ( Full-Time )
Location: Hybrid schedule 
Salary: $130K - $190K Base Salary

Must-Haves:

The Position

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our high-performing litigation team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to defend complex cases in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, tort claims, and various other areas.
With an emphasis on client-focused service, this position offers a collaborative and dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 3-7 years litigation experience, including general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense.
• Experience in trucking-related litigation, construction/labor law, and/or transportation matters is highly preferred.
• Ability to integrate into a fast, team-oriented environment
• Legal project management experience is helpful
