Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support manufacturing operations in Stockton, CA. This role requires hands-on experience using hand tools and strong mechanical aptitude. You will assist with assembly, maintenance support, material handling, and general production tasks to help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing environment.
- Use hand tools and basic power tools to assist with assembly, disassembly, and repairs.
- Support maintenance and production teams with mechanical tasks.
- Assist with moving materials, parts, and equipment.
- Perform basic mechanical work such as tightening, aligning, and adjusting components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with setup and installation of equipment as needed.
- Complete tasks accurately and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical skills is a MUST.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial labor experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
