Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on Machine Operators. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with multiple shift options available.
Position: Machine Operator
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
Training: Training will be completed on 1st or 2nd shift prior to moving to assigned shift
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (depending on shift and experience)

Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support production operations. This role involves operating specialized equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production runs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Load materials and ensure proper machine setup and alignment
- Perform in-process inspections to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and job specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure consistency
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
