Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, detail oriented individuals to join our team as General Machine Operators.What You'll DoOperate machinery and process parts according to blueprints and production requirementsRead and interpret prints, work assignments, and material specificationsUse measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and hand toolsFollow safety procedures and material handling practicesMaintain production quality and efficiency standardsWork with overhead cranes and various manufacturing equipmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years oldAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and production routingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to use inspection gauges and measuring equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standingManufacturing or machine operation experience preferredWhy SPIROL?At SPIROL, people matter.
