About the Role: Join North American Land Development as a General Maintenance team member in Monroe, LA! Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings and grounds.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Conduct landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Requirements:
