About the Role: Join North American Land Development as a General Maintenance team member in Monroe, LA! In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings and grounds.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Conduct landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Assist with setup and breakdown for events and meetings.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
