About the Role:
Join North American Land Development as a General Maintenance team member in Monroe, LA! In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.



Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings and grounds.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
