THE BASICS

Pay:

• $25–$55/hour (experience-driven)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call required
• Overtime available
• Daily onsite assignments (starting from the central dispatch location)

YOUR DAY AS OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH

No two days are the same, and that's exactly the point.

You'll tackle:

• General facility maintenance
• Custom welding and fabrication
• Tile and flooring installs
• Sheetrock repairs, paint, and patching
• Customer-facing service interactions
• Independent job execution with minimal supervision

Occasionally, you'll join forces with other skilled trades on larger projects, bringing multiple expertise areas together.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH

• 5+ years in carpentry
• 3+ years in general maintenance/handyman roles
• 3+ years in painting/patching

Preferred:

• Tile installation experience
• Flooring expertise
• Commercial facility repair background
