General Maintenance Tech II

The General Maintenance Technician performs maintenance service and repairs at our resort ensuring that all facilities and villas are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance requests and executing repairs to enhance the guest experience and ensure safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in maintenance knowledge and skills or strong desire to learn.
• Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety practices and procedures.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, evening, mid, morning, and overnight.
• Must have 1 year of driving experience with an active driver's license.
