Position Details:

·         Grand Traverse Pavilions are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team.

·         The base wage for this position is $21.45/hour.

·         $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.

·         Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform routine preventative and emergency maintenance on building interior, exterior, and equipment.

·         Repair walls, floors, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical components.

·         Maintain outdoor grounds, including lawn care, fertilizing, and snow removal.

·         Assist with equipment maintenance, including assembly and operation.

·         Transport freight and equipment as directed.

·         Perform custodial/housekeeping duties as needed.

·         Operate Pavilions vehicles (including buses) as required.

·         Record data and complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
