Job description Seashore Senior Living has an immediate opening for a General Facilities Maintenance technician.
Needs to have the ability to do the following:
- Proficiency in light construction (light mechanical, electrical, landscape, etc)
- General "handyman" skills
- Basic troubleshooting ability
- Getting estimates and supervising 3rd party vendors in maintenance and repairs
- Developing and adhering to maintenance schedules
- General understanding of facilities management
