At Facility Services, Inc., we believe work should be more than just a job—it should be a place where you feel valued, supported, and part of something bigger. We take pride in building a culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and taking care of our people.

If you’re someone who values structure, pride in your work, and being part of a reliable team—you’ll fit right in here. That’s why we strongly encourage veterans and transitioning service members to apply. Your experience, work ethic, and commitment to excellence align naturally with who we are.

• Values accountability and ownership
• Respects the skills and contributions of every team member
• Takes safety seriously and looks out for one another

A Natural Fit for Veterans

Many of our team members come from military backgrounds, and it shows in the way we operate—with discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of mission. If you’re transitioning from military service, you’ll find:

• A structured, team-oriented environment
• Clear expectations and strong leadership support
• The opportunity to continue using your hands-on and problem-solving skills
• A team that understands and respects your background

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• A strong work ethic and willingness to support the team
