Job Title: General Maintenance Worker
Number of needs: 1
Target start date: ASAP
Duration of Assignment: 3 months- possibly longer
Work hours: 8 hour shifts
Dress code: Polo Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes (Hotel will provide additional shirts after hire)
Parking: On own street parking is available or arrangements can be made through the  Transportation Office at the workers cost.

Job Description:
The General Maintenance Worker supports the hotels day-to-day maintenance operations by responding to guestroom and public-area work orders, including requests submitted through Nuvola.

Responsibilities include completing
minor repairs
painting and patching
troubleshooting basic maintenance issues
assisting with preventive maintenance
addressing guestroom deficiencies
supporting the Engineering team with general facility upkeep.
The position requires the ability to safely use basic hand and power tools, follow established safety procedures, communicate effectively with hotel departments, and provide timely and professional service when responding to maintenance requests.
Previous hotel or general maintenance experience is preferred, and experience in painting, patching, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or other skilled trades is a plus.
