General Manager

General Manager needed to manage all aspects of a well established, successful, 25-person, job shop specializing in precision machining and fabrication. Will have complete responsibility for day-to-day operations and report directly to the company president. Will have the authority and autonomy necessary to meet sales and profit goals.

Must have a 4-year degree in engineering or business from an accredited school with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in an ISO, FDA, or NQA-1 certified manufacturing environment providing precision machining and fabrication services.  No experience or education exceptions. If you don't meet the minimum qualifications, please don't apply.

Must possess a positive, customer oriented attitude with a verifiable track record of process improvement and sales growth.
