Partner closely with culinary leadership to execute a next-level dining experience worthy of national attention.
Drive guest satisfaction through impeccable service standards and memorable experiences.
Own the numbers—P&L, labor, cost controls—while still keeping the vibe alive.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and resort standards (yes, the not-so-glamorous but very important stuff).
Continuously look for ways to innovate, elevate, and keep ARLO ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in an upscale or fine dining environment.
A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality that borders on obsession (in a good way).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent.
Solid business acumen—comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, and hitting financial goals.
Experience working in high-volume environments without sacrificing quality.
A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for service excellence.
