Places orders for food, paper and other supplies within cost control proceduresbr /\u25cfCompletes and maintains all drive-in restaurant employment related records and payroll recordsbr /\u25cfReinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times. br /\u25cfImmediately and respectfully resolves guest requests. Reports guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaintsbr /\u25cfInterview and hire restaurant crew and management team members to achieve proper staffing levelsbr /\u25cfPrepare all necessary operational reports. Develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trendsbr /\u25cfDevelop and implement a marketing planbr /br /br /Additional General Manager Requirements:br /\u25cfHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
