Boardwalk Burger & Fries is seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Requirements/Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and productivity. * Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale. * Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste. * Develop and implement strategies to improve service, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, sales reporting, and payroll. * Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. * Liaise with upper management or franchise owners, providing regular updates and reports. * Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies as necessary. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the fast food industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in business management and financial principles. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry. * Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively. * Customer service-oriented with a focus on improving customer satisfaction. * Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Barista, customer service, , or other part time restaurant job at Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
