Boardwalk Burger & Fries is seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). If you are passionate about customer service, leadership, team development, and fast-paced restaurant operations, we want to hear from you! Requirements/Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and productivity. * Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale. * Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste. * Develop and implement strategies to improve service, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, sales reporting, and payroll. * Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. * Liaise with upper management or franchise owners, providing regular updates and reports. * Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies as necessary.
