Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional service and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet sales, service, and quality goals.
• Manage employee performance appraisals and maintain work schedules.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
• Familiarity with back office tools and quick adaptability to new software.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile throughout the shift.
• Capability to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area.
