In this role, you will coach and develop your team, set sales goals, manage inventory, oversee business operations, and ensure operational excellence. You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, implement sales strategies, handle escalations, and communicate company priorities.
Qualifications include 1-3 years of retail sales experience, 2+ years in leadership, a proven sales record, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
