General Manager - Firehouse Subs

Location: Cedar Park, TX.

Job Overview

Firehouse Subs is looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations, build strong teams, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including sales growth, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Drive sales growth and manage profitability, including labor and food cost control
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards at all times
• Create schedules, manage inventory, and oversee ordering processes
• Build a positive and motivated team culture
• Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
