The Opportunity: Blue Compass RV is seeking a proven dealership leader to serve as General Manager. This role owns dealership performance across sales, service, finance, parts, profitability, customer experience, and team development. The ideal candidate brings operational discipline, financial insight, and a strong track record of leading teams through growth and accountability.

What You'll Lead:

• Overall dealership strategy, performance, and profitability across sales, service, finance, and parts.
• A high-accountability culture focused on associate development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Revenue growth, market share expansion, inventory effectiveness, and financial performance.
• Compliance with company standards, employment practices, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in RV, automotive, marine, or a similar dealership environment.
• Proven success leading multi-department operations, driving profitability, and improving customer and associate outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, executive presence, and sound judgment.
• Experience with dealership management software and CRM systems; bachelor's degree preferred.
