Key Responsibilities.-Provide leadership and oversight for specialized care programs, ensuring compassionate and specialized support for residents with cognitive impairments.-Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction.-Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.-Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.-Build strong relationships with business partners, residents, staff, and community partners. Qualifications-Proven leadership experience in facilities management, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, or related multi-facetted management environment.-Strong organization, operational, and financial management skills.-Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
