As we continue to grow, we are seeking a General Manager to lead our Los Angeles operation. This individual will be responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the continued growth of the business.

Job Details

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the SoCal operation, including operations, sales, estimating, project management, service, safety, and financial performance. This leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall operations and financial performance of the branch
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow both service and reroof/new construction revenue
  • Lead and develop operations, project management, estimating, service, sales, and administrative teams
  • Build and strengthen relationships with owners, general contractors, property managers, consultants, and key clients
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Drive operational efficiencies and continuous process improvements
  • Monitor key performance indicators and hold leadership teams accountable for results
  • Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top industry talent
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the commercial roofing industry
  • Previous experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing operations, estimating, project management, service, and sales
  • Demonstrated experience managing full P&L responsibility
  • Proven track record of growing revenue while improving operational performance
  • Experience leading large teams across operations, field personnel, and office staff
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
