This restaurant will house hospitality professionals with an unwavering desire to deliver exceptional service. What You'll DoLead Restaurant OperationsOversee all daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional food quality, service, and hospitality.Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience through attentive, polished service.Champion company standards and ensure consistency across every shift.Monitor guest feedback, service audits, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and security.Oversee facility repairs and maintenance to ensure a first-class dining environment.Utilize POS systems and standard computer applications to support daily operations.Lead with a hands-on approach that inspires, coaches, and develops the team every day.Build and Lead High-Performing TeamsRecruit, hire, develop, coach, and retain exceptional managers and hourly team members.Delegate meaningful responsibilities that encourage growth and accountability.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.Foster a culture of excellence by recognizing outstanding performance and addressing performance concerns promptly and professionally.Partner with ownership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.Lead restaurant marketing, public relations, and sales-building initiatives that drive guest engagement.Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency, staffing, and overall restaurant performance.Ensure full compliance with all company policies, California labor laws, Department of Health regulations, and OSHA standards.Drive Financial PerformanceBuild a culture of financial accountability by managing labor, payroll, inventory, waste, and operating expenses.Oversee payroll, cash handling, and daily financial controls with accuracy and integrity.Monitor labor and operational performance while implementing strategies to improve profitability.Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and hold department leaders accountable for financial results.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall restaurant performance while protecting profitability.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.Proven success leading high-performing teams in a hospitality-driven environment.Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.Demonstrated experience managing restaurant financial performance, including labor, payroll, budgeting, and cost controls.Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and team development skills.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with POS systems and standard computer applications.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements listed below are examples of those of the General Manager may need to perform in order to carry out essential job functions: Persons performing service in this position will exert 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Ability to work in hot and cold environments.This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable a person with a disability to perform the essential functions of this job. We Offer:$110-$120K Annual Salary + Bonus*401K Retirement SavingsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceFree meal per shiftGrowth & Development opportunities*Compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the approved budget for the position.
