Fine Dining General Manager Job Requirements:
5+ years as a General Manager in a full-service fine dining establishment.
Proven experience managing sales volumes of $15M+ per year.
Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards.
Exceptionally service-driven and hospitality-focused, with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
Ability to measure and evaluate staff and operational performance effectively.
Track record of consistently executing operational systems, standards, and processes.
Strong command of financial management, P&L accountability, and inventory control.
