General Manager

Sachet is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the high standards of hospitality and service our restaurant is known for.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who genuinely understands hospitality someone who takes exceptional care of guests while also knowing how to lead, train, organize, and hold a team accountable.

• Ability to train and develop staff to consistently deliver polished, professional service
  
• Highly organized and attentive to details
  
• Comfortable setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable
  
• Strong presence on the floor and willingness to lead by example
  
• Ability to maintain the high service and hospitality standards established by ownership
