We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in one of Florida's most unique beach communities.
This is not a position for someone looking to simply run shifts. We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, develops managers, builds systems, and creates an outstanding guest experience every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Hire, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
- Build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Drive sales while controlling labor, food cost, and operating expenses.
- Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience.
- Use data and KPIs to improve performance and profitability.
- Solve problems proactively instead of reacting to them.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience developing managers and building high-performing teams.
- Financial acumen with P&L, labor, inventory, and food cost management.
- Someone who leads by example and holds high standards without compromising culture.
