One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role.

Bachelor's degree and four years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities.

Monitors performance of staff to ensure goals and targets are met. Takes corrective actions as necessary.

Oversees the daily operations of the Exchange. Interacts with retail, food, services, human resources, and loss prevention to ensure execution of programs.

Develops, trains, coaches, and mentors managers and associates for future development.

Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings (town hall, weekly, staff meetings), real property, master planning and protocol.

Performs other duties as assigned.
