Broadstaff is recruiting on behalf of a growing telecommunications construction organization seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operational transformation, team development, and growth across the US

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for operations, business development, organizational leadership, and financial performance while helping build a scalable telecom construction organization for the future.
What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of telecommunications construction operations throughout Texas.
• Build and develop leadership, project management, construction management, and field teams.
• Expand self-perform aerial and underground construction capabilities.
• Create operational discipline, accountability, and scalable processes.
• Drive safety, quality, production, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage P&L performance, forecasting, budgeting, backlog, utilization, and project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, broadband providers, utilities, municipalities, and contractors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that support strategic growth.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of leadership experience within telecom, fiber, broadband, utility, or infrastructure construction.
• Experience leading both employee and subcontractor workforces.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground telecom construction.
• Proven ability to build teams, improve operations, and scale organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Success developing customer relationships and growing business.
• Ability to lead organizational change while maintaining operational excellence.
