Leveraging the newly established training programs, you will identify, develop, and mentor a specialized Lead Team (Sales, Instructors, and Front Desk). Whether refining current talent or recruiting your own future leaders, you ensure the company standard is felt in every interaction.
- Metric Mastery: You own the P&L, member retention, and revenue targets. You lead with a data-driven mindset, turning complex KPIs into actionable wins.
- Facility Excellence: You maintain a "showroom" environment. Your eye for detail ensures that our luxury setting is consistently pristine and welcoming.
- Technical Command: You will achieve 100% fluency in Mindbody and the internal tech stack, eliminating friction for both staff and members.

- The Seasoned Leader: 5+ years of progressive management experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or premium fitness.
