THE ROLE: Executive Presence in the Trenches

The General Manager is a visible leader. This role requires an individual who balances executive oversight with active, hands-on engagement.

  • Operational Stewardship: You own the P&L, member retention strategies, and revenue targets. You ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are executed with surgical precision while constantly seeking innovative optimizations.
  • Talent Architecture & Mentorship: You take full ownership of the leadership pipeline. Leveraging the newly established training programs, you will identify, develop, and mentor a specialized Lead Team (Sales, Instructors, and Front Desk). Whether refining current talent or recruiting your own future leaders, you ensure the company standard is felt in every interaction.  
  • Metric Mastery: You own the P&L, member retention, and revenue targets. You lead with a data-driven mindset, turning complex KPIs into actionable wins.  
  • Facility Excellence: You maintain a "showroom" environment. Your eye for detail ensures that our luxury setting is consistently pristine and welcoming.
  • Technical Command: You will achieve 100% fluency in Mindbody and the internal tech stack, eliminating friction for both staff and members.

THE 90-DAY ASCENSION Efficiency in all operating systems.

  • Cultural Integration: Earn the respect of the squad through active partnership and demonstrated expertise on the floor.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify and resolve one significant bottleneck to enhance team efficiency.
  • Strategic Growth: Assume full accountability for revenue and retention KPIs, establishing a clear trajectory for growth.



Requirements

WHO YOU ARE (REQUIREMENTS)

  • The Seasoned Leader: 5+ years of progressive management experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or premium fitness.
  • Formally Refined: You possess a proven background in leadership development. While you arrive with a mastery of the fundamentals, you have a relentless drive for the advanced sales and executive refinement we provide to our top-tier leadership

Benefits

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Performance Incentives (OTE $100k+).
