Company Overview:
We are operating franchise of Huey Magoos. We operate several locations in the state of Mississippi and will soon be expanding to north Alabama. We are a fast growing company that will have promotion opportunities. 

Job Summary:
General managers should posses leadership skills such as communicating respectfully and effectively with guest and crew members, motivating crew members, and completing all duties of the required job. You will manage your shift to achieve the highest performance possible while maintaining a respectful family environment.

Reports to the district manager:

• Execute all p&l budgets such as food cost and labor
• Maintain the restaurant to the cleanliness standards expected
• Hire, onboard and train crew members 
• Food ordering and scheduling
• Administrative duties & full P&L execution responsibilty 
• Any other duties required to complete the job 

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation, 2 years relevant general manager experience.
