Role Overview

Weare seeking an experiencedGeneral Managerto lead a high-volume, multi-unit dining operation. This roleoversees residential dining, retail, and catering services with fulloperational and financial accountability. The General Manager servesas the senior on-site leader and ensures strong performance,compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

TheGeneral Manager will:

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent experience
  • 5+years of management experience
  • 5+years of functional experience in food service operations
Must-Have Requirements
  • PriorGeneral Manager or Operations Manager experience as senioron-site leader
  • 5+years managing food service accounts with $3M+ annual revenue
  • Experienceoverseeing residential, retail, and/or catering operations
  • High-volumeoperations experience
  • Directsupervision of managers for 5+ years
  • Demonstratedcompliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
