General Manager Food Kiosk

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and managing a team of 4 employees
• Driving daily sales performance and upselling execution
• Maintaining strict operational standards (cleanliness, speed, consistency)
• Controlling labor and food costs
• Training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
• Managing inventory, prep, and daily operations
• Ensuring excellent customer experience during high-volume periods

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven food service management experience
• Strong sales mindset (ability to upsell and increase ticket averages)
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, consistent, and highly accountable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume environments (fairs, food trucks, quick service, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
• Experience managing labor or food cost percentages
